That's a good one! My favorite is Strangers on a Train. The suspense is incredible, and that guy who played the murdering lunatic? Man, he played that part well, really gave me the creeps! The way it makes my heart race is just incredible.

Rear Window it is, with James Stewart & Grace Kelly, the most beautiful screen couple, a witty screenplay, a great supporting casts (Thelma Ritter, Wendell Corey & Raymond Burr). Grace Kelly - close up of her face (from blur to clear).
Yep, it's the ultimate Hitchcock movie all right!

Rear window was indeed great, one of my favorites too. but I must say My favorite Hitchock film remains Rope. filmed with ten minute takes, and so seamless it occurs in real time. good question.
