With T-Mobile? I have spent the better part of this eveing on the phone with customer service reps, trying to get a replacement for my horrible, terrible, Piece of doo doo moto razr phone.. I have gone through tier one and tier two of customer service, and am currently awaiting my opportunity to speak with a tier three representative. yAAAY me. I've been on hold for about forty five minutes. (just for tier 3.. this doesn't count the other two hours I have spent on the phone with T Mobile today.)
Do I continue to hold? do I hang up, call again, and make a horrible stink with a tier one rep? does TMobile suck this bad, or is it my imagination? Are they really that reluctant to replace a crappy phone? Are they really this busy, or are they all playing on the internet?
