Yes you can feel if your wter breaks in a swimming pool... The ambiaent water temperature will be below body temperature while your amniotic fluid (bag of waters) is body temperature.. Yup you feel a warm sensation...

Yes it is possible for your water to break and not progress.. try walking a bit, have a short nap if you can (you will need your rest and if your nerves excitement will let you sleep a bit) ... If no contractions start in about 4-5 hours head to the hospital you may need to be induced to avoid possible infection, with the bag of waters broken your uterus is open to bacteria etc.

With my second child my water didn't really break as much as start to trickle out... I was in the shower and felt like a water drop was running down my stomach.... After I got out and got all dried off I felt the trickle drop again.... And wiped my stomach with the towel thinking my hair dripped.. As I was wiping I felt another and realized the sensation with internal not external.. When I bent down to get y shoes it was like a cup being upset and alot of trickles down it ... My bag of waters had broken near the top of my uterus instead of the bottom and jiggling moving was causing trickles... I soon started contractions and had my son a couple hours after the first trickle...

With my 1st and 3rd it was like niagra falls one big woosh, On the brand new carpet at church with my 1st.... In the kitchen at home with my second... (The water breaking with my first became a huge joke there were 4 of us due within a week and when they put in the carpet 3 weeks before our due dated we knew one of us would soak it.. LOL ) after the woosh no contractions with either I had to be induced with both....

With my first child when my water broke it was awful as it was like I was constantly wetting myself. Being pregnant and having been a tampon user before getting pregnant left me with not much more than panty liners in the house to try to help me stay dry. Needless to say I would up getting most of my maternity pants wet. With my second child I had a slow leak the just sort of kept leaking a little but nothing I couldn't handle with a panty liner. Each time I did not have any labor pains or feelings till long after my water had broken.

My water didnt break with either of my boys, though I did feel a little bit wet with my first, they had to pierce the sack with my first, and with my second I remember lying on the hospital bed and feeling a pop during a contraction my boy was born a few minutes later. So everyone's experience is different.

Even though I have never had a baby my mother has had 5. Whenever her water broke she knew and we rushed to hospital. Most likely you will feel the water break in the pool. When your water breaks go to hospital quickly

It feels differently for each, but for the most part like a gush of water coming out of you.If it is light, you won't be able to tell in a bath or pool but if it came on suddenly & heavy you would.

You may not feel it, if it's just leaking... but if it breaks all at once, you will feel it. With my first one, I was walking from the bathroom to the bedroom and suddenly the water splashed out. It felt like I had been hit with a water balloon.

Usually when it breaks it's not a big splat of water like how it is on tv. It will still leak out afterwards and you may have some bleeding after water breaking.

You will be able to tell when your water breaks. YOu will have a gush of fluid come out all at once, or a trickle for some sometimes. But you will know.

When my water broke, I felt a "snap" in my lower belly. Within seconds out came the gush of water. Your water will continue to leak for a while.(After mine broke we had to drive 40 minutes away to the hospital and I leaked the whole way there and the whole time they were admitting me and all the way up to my room!) Trust me, you'll know.

When your water breaks it will be a huge gush of warm water.Your water will keep running like doing a wee for hours.Ensure you have plenty of maternity pads when this happens.
