Ah, computerese! a sparkling language! I see the middle now that it relatively is been observed to me! i replaced into waiting to grant a much less romantic answer. the emblem < in the different context ability "decrease than" and > ability "greater advantageous than". i like the different solutions greater effective!!!

what it is is if you look on the side it's shaped as a heart and that means love so thats the symbol.

It is one of those MANY computer symbols that means HEART... I suppose because it means heart, it means that "I love you" or something like that.
