it depends on where you are, eg. in Africa, african people aren't a minority, but in Australia they are.

a racial minority? seriously? well, a racial minority is a group of people different from the "majority" race. In the US, it's actually all other races but the white race...

Any race, in any country where one race has a significantly higher percentage of one race over another. Some examples:
1. U.S. Spanish/Hispanic races/cultures from central and South America. . The Black race use to be as well as Asian.
2. In China or Asian countries the White race.
3. In Europe the non-Whites
4. In African countries, the White race.
