Truth is TEMPORARY, ie, its always moving. For example, back in the day, the truth was that the world was flat, but with new evidence, it was shown to be round. Therefore, with new evidence, there's always a new truth. Bring a lie into the equation only happens when there's subterfuge and evils going ons. Therefore a lie is irrational. The truth is a lie only when the irrational happens.
