FOR EXAMPLE!! EVERYTHING IN MY ITUNES IS SMALLER NOW "ALL THE NAMES ARE ALL SMALL"

Two ways:
Right Click on the Desktop and select "Properties". Go to the Settings tab and slide the bar on the left side of the screen towards the left. Will lower the screen resolution, making things larger.
Or go the the Appearance tab and reset the font and size for the items you want to increase on the desktop.

Or, you could hold down the control key ("CTRL") and hit the PLUS (+) sign.
