Yes There are many undegroundwater falls - to name a few :

Ruby Falls is an 145-foot high underground waterfall located within Lookout Mountain, near Rock City and Chattanooga, Tennessee in the United States.

The Sipisopiso is a plunge waterfall in the Batak highlands of Sumatra. It is formed by a small underground river of the Karo plateau.

The Slunjčica is a river, which flows through the Kordun region in central Croatia. It partly flows underground through porous karst (limestone soil) and surfaces in the vicinity of the city of Slunj.

Hardraw Force is a waterfall in a wooded ravine just outside the hamlet of Hardraw at the foot of Buttertubs Pass and the head of Wensleydale in the Yorkshire Dales.Hardraw Force is claimed to be Britain's highest unbroken waterfall – at least discounting underground falls.

There are under ground caves and caverns all over the earth and in some of them are beautiful waterfalls... There are also underground streams as well.. hope this helps.

Yes there are many of them. Some of the most beautiful falls are underground. One themis Ruby Falls in Tennessee.
Some of them are far under ground and only experienced cavers can visit them. or with guides.

I know of one for sure, it is located near Chatanooga, Tennessee.
