That's hypoglycemia. It is a blood sugar disorder but the symptoms are intermitent so may go unnoticed in a blood test.
There is absolutely no medical basis for you to drink 8,8 ounce glasses of water per day.Do a search for Medical myths 8 8 ounce glasses per day. That takes you directly to an urban myth site where there's alot of proof that doctors disagree with that quantity of water.
Look up hypoglycemia.Apparently I'm no longer allowed to post links because even when I post the one about the water I'm, violated for spam and advertisement.I would offer you more but Yahoo! Answers is here for Yahoo! to make advertising money on.Not for me to give you the best possible answer.

If you've already been checked, get a second opinion. Having another from a different doctor helps as well.
Also make sure you're drinking at least 8 glasses of water per day. Lack of water contributes to day fatigue(alot). Statistics show that most people are actually chronically dehydrated because they don't drink the recommended 8 glass/cup of water a day. Most people don't know that they are in fact chronically dehydrated.
I've also noticed a big change in myself when I used to drink water excessively. I was totally hyper and full of energy. Now that I don't drink enough, my energy lowered.
---- Remember at least 8 cups/glasses a day ----

Have the doctor check your thyroid. Have your doctor order a complete thyroid blood panel that includes not only a TSH, but also a fT3 and a fT4.

I have heard (dunno if it's true) that having low blood sugar can be a sign of being diabetic in the future. Or you could just be hypoglycemic.
