WELL.No one died really . Both are till alive . But I have to say jason. At the end when jason cut of freddy's head , you could see freddy wink and smlie . So no one died.

at the end jason cut off freddy's head but as hes walking with freddy's head in his hand he opens his eyes and winks...so i guess no1 died

well at first you think Jason killed Freddy but he didn;t die after Jason chopped his head off so they both were still alove so to answer your question Neither Of Them Died

Ok first off neither one can die, they are already dead! And second they should have never made that movie because really there is no point! They are just battling over the same people to kill, its just an ongoing battles between them.
