Depends on the transmission going with it. Thats why some cars with 4 cyclinders can go 160 mph

I had a Kawasaki Ninja 250 up to 110mph indicated. Given the optimistic speedos on sport bikes, this would have been in the mid to upper 90s in reality. As someone mentioned, there's a lot of variables, but if you're talking about a street legal bike, it should be able to do legal speeds on any road without a problem.

And a world class level 250 roadracer can top 165mph easy. And some lawnmower type engine mini-bikes are over 300cc and can only do 30mph at best. Many many varibles besides engine displacement.

Size of the engine makes no difference, it's all in the way the gears are set up. Bulldozers have huge engines

So many variables, but assuming you are talking about a 4 stroke motorcycle, sold in America, street legal, depending on your weight, how well you can tuck in out of the wind, you might get it up to 90mph.

Depends on gearing and tuning. I know my oln Ninja 250 (249cc) would go close to 120 MPH.
