e-mail is almost instant. postal mail you have to have patience for a wait. you have a monthly plan for e-mail having one bill a month, you have to buy stamps and make sure you have bought enough. also you don't have to stand in line to send a letter, you can type away on the computer. the down side could be that something could go wrong with your computer any time. also, lettes could be lost in the mail. things like that
