Wow! Edmunds says 7.2 seconds for 0-60. That's pretty slow to me.

If it's the Honda Civic 2 door type It can run as fast as 115 to 123 Mph in stock. and around 8.3 seconds from zero to 60.

It's a four cylinder econo car. If you want to go fast for cheap, buy a Mustang. The Civic isn't going to get any better reliability or gas mileage if you are racing it.

if you add nitro, turbocharge the engine, and do a whole load of other custom mods, it can be. just check wikipedia for the specs
