What kind of tree is this?

The only thing I know about it is that it's and evergreen and It's a bugger to trim (thats why in the pictures a branch is missing, were getting rid of it).

Looks like a Russian Olive tree to me.

It looks like an Australian Native Bottlebrush. I could be wrong.
