my ideas may not be great but if you cant figure out something better by halloween... then here.
ask your parents for help and you can be like a hippy or something. oh and one year i REALLY put it off and i had to be someone who just woke up. it was stupid but it worked. i just wore like a robe and held a coffee cup and my hair was all messy and i wore slippers and stuff. if you play any sports you can wear your sports uniform and choose an athlete to be or something like that. :)

I think it depends on what you like and you think is cool yourself. If I were your age, I'd go as a pirate, they're really in with the girls seems like.
