What happened was that the psycho "brother" hurt the hooker that he hired.Lucas was at the hospital with his mom and saw the hooker that had Peyton's jacket and the same color hair.He thought that it was Peyton but it was the hooker with Peyton's jacket cuz Derek had stolen it.So then she was at her house and supposedly Lucas was sending her a IM but it was Derek and he wrote I like your *** but his computer was messed up so it spelled yyour instead of your.So she went to his house and went on the computer and found the yyour thing and found a picture of her with her mom when she was a baby.She screamed cuz Derek was at the door and he asked her "Do you love me like you love Lucas" and then Lucas went to the police and he said to put Derek in custody.So the police chief said yes.So the police found the guy and called Lucas and Lucas went to the police station so they showed him the guy and it wasn't him.It was some black guy.So he calls Peyton and tells her to don't go to her house but Derek was there already and he starts to attack her so she sprays him with pepper spray and he chases her into the house.So she goes into her room and sees a million of pics of her all over the wall.He throws her down to the ground and is about to electrocute her but then here comes Lucas and they start fighting.So Derek electrocutes Lucas and then Lucas is unconscious.But then here comes the black guy(the one from the police station) and starts fighting with him.But Derek is kicking his butt.So Derek concetrates on Peyton again to electrocute her but Lucas regains conscious and so does the black guy so both of them push Derek out the window and he falls to the ground very hard.So then Lucas asks the black guy "Who are you?" and the black says "I'm her brother" and then the police come and Peyton is crying and all scared and they go to the spot where Derek landed but he is not there.He was gone.

Lucas figures out that Derek does not see Peyton is just a brotherly way. Derek attacks Peyton and Peyton figures out who her real brother is when he comes to help her. They eventually get rid of Derek but he has disappeared when the police get there. Haley tells Nathan that she is pregnant just as he tells her he got a scholarship to Duke. He doesnt react well and was actually going to choose college over her. Rachel actually says something and makes him realize the situation so he chooses Haley and their baby. Rachel sets Brooke up on a date. The guy thinks she is 23 but she doesnt realize that he is a new teacher at the high school and that she is going to have one of his classes.
