They are talking to the Offensive or Defensive Coordinator to find out what they did right/wrong in the last drive. They also give them advice on what they should do next time as well as give them the plays that will work better.

A spotter, in a booth set way up high in the stadium. These spotters get a different angle on the plays of both the offence and the defence. What looks tight from the field level may be a much looser formation when seen from closer to overhead. The confusion of what is going on in the field is much easier to analyse from the booth.
I really doubt that the team owners are going to take a chance on bothering the coaches and players during the game..

Good question, there is an entire coaching staff on the upper level of the stadium. They have access to all kinds of computerized camera equipment, their monitoring the game in real time with stop action photographs from their vantage point up above the head coach and his staff. When you see wide receivers, line backers, quarterbacks and other key players on the phone, their getting tips and suggestions from upstairs. Cool HUH...........LATER

Usually the players are talking to other coaches like up in the boxes to get advice and stuff like that...on the other hand for coaches they send their qb's plays and talk to other coaches.

there is a team of team personnel sitting in top level of the stadium, they can see the whole field and are able to give some pointers after plays.
of course there is also a line to the big boss/owner, who will congratulate players if they have done well. it is from a different booth then.

They are talking to their offensive coordinator, who sits up in the press box. The coordinator tell the quarterback what he saw and what adjustments the quarterback should make, pertaining to the other team's defense.
