Cork apparently doesn't realize it's the insurgents - AKA terrorists - that are killing all those people day to day. They hide behind women and children so when we take them out sometimes the women and children get hit. The huge majority of civilian casualties is caused by the terrorists (on purpose, I might add). I remember, and too many have forgotten the brutality of these fleabags. We need to let the government do what it needs to do, and stop giving the enemy all our secrets. Putting underwear on some jackasses head is not torture. Water boarding is OK with me. Sleep deprivation too. Go for it. We have too many critics in our own country, and the sad thing is they don't make a peep when it comes to the atrocities perpetrated by these scum we are fighting. It's sad, very sad.

I read the text description of the beheading of Nick Berg .... that was enough...NO I dont need "them" to remind me .
Let me "stick my neck" out with a few "liberal " ideas . Are we fighting the beheaders in Iraq ,or , are we partly fighting a complete breaking down of order caused by the removal of the existing government. What would happen in any US city if the existing order were removed .We had a hint of that in New Orleans . I know that in any society that there insane evil people that would take atvantage of chaos to reak havoc. I dont think that the beheaders represent anyone in Iraq other than their own insane selves. The question I ask is how do you find ,catch ,and stop, kill these insane people given the current situation.

It was one of the worse , horrid crimes against Humanity, that I had ever seen. How could anyone be so brutal ? My heart hurt for the victum. While they were cutting the head off, the victum's brain was knowing that their head was being cut off. For a few seconds that poor victum knew the in-humane , end was near. Then these evil , murderers, would hold the head up. There is a good chance that the sivered head for only a split second knew that their head was detatched from it's own body. My God Punish these brutal killers, and have no mercy on them. No I have not forgotten. What do you mean ??? Do I need them to remind me ??? Remind me of What ???
and when you say them, who do you mean. The Killers ?? No one needs to remind me of that . Since I saw it, I will never forget. It was a cowardly act and one straight from hell. The poor victum couldn't even defend himself, with five p-ss-'s, standing over him. One on One, I bet the victum could have took the coward down.

I saw two videos, out of morbid curiosity. I saw the beheadings of Daniel Pearl, and Nicholas Berg. Pearl was already dead when they cut off his head. Nick Berg screamed and trembled until his head literally hung from a thread. A vein, or some muscle fiber...It is horrifying, and no, I have not forgotten.
But I also feel that the war in Iraq has only made it worse

What is the purpose of this question? I wouldn't chop off a "terrorists" head. They should be slaughtered wholesale. And we "liberals" should be allowed to interrogate any enemy of the US in any way that suits the crime. However savage people think it is. If it gets results: do it.

Yes,I saw the Nick Berg video, sure wish I hadn't.It was all I could think about for months,I will NEVER forget it.My heart went out to him and his family members who had to know that millions of people were watching their beloved son being murdered.Any of these people in our custody get what they deserve. They wouldn't think twice about doing it to any of us.

My feelings - I am solidly in support of exterminating those Jihadists through superior force.
And if they point an RPG at our troops and get gunned down for it, and are counted as dead 'civilians', I really don't care as long as they are killed for their efforts.
I'm disgusted by all those 'civilian' terrorists blowing things up and killing innocents for the sake of turning Iraq into what Afghanistan used to be in the 1990s.

You don't specify, so I assume you are talking about US soldiers, contractors and journalists who were not invited to be in Iraq where the "terrorists" were; soldiers, contractors and journalists who forced their way into Iraq under false pretenses, causing untold damage and death.
It made me feel like if the tables were turned and some country invaded the US, I would do the same thing to the invaders. The only thing it reminds me of is how entirely wrong, illegal, unethical and unnecessary it was for us to invade Iraq.
