Assuming you are referring to citing for a research paper of some type, you would cite the author's name (last name first, then given name), the title of the article you are citing from, the complete website address (http:/www.wikpedia.com/......./...../.....) and the month and year of posting/publication. This would be a basic citation for information. Check with whomever you are writing the paper for to see if more information than that is needed, but this should get you by for a paper, as it has the pertinent information for confirmation and acknowledgement that it is not a "stolen" idea or quote.
If there is no author listed, go to the "home" icon, or "contact us" icon, and list the publisher/website owner's name (company, person's name who manages the site, or which ever of the two is available) and fill in the rest as above. Good luck.

As anyone can change the info on Wikipedia you should not site it. At the bottom of most pages are sources from witch the people who made the page got their info. Follow those links then site those pages. Some colleges or professors do not allow Wikipedia as a source you should make sure it is ok to use with whomever you are writing the paper for before using it.
IHO it is the best site for information though.
