D does not take intelligence.
You reversed your question from your initial headline.
And you expect people here to know, if they know? ;-)
Real intelligence requires judgment!
I have met some very 'smart' people, but who just had no judgment.
I read a very interesting statement in a book (The rich, the well born and the powerful):
Wisdom cannot be taught in graduate and professional schools. It is a rare commodity, not because it is the monopoly of the privileged classes, but because it occurs so seldom. It is not the appanage of the rich, well borne, and well educated. It can be found among the poorest and most ignorant peasants, as well as occasionally in the posh clubs of urbanized, international intellectuals.

B...no one understands the world and D many species are intelligent and do not use written language. But this is just opinion. Honestly, it depends on which psych class your test is in and to who's theories your instructor subscribes.
P.S. To the person who told the asker to use a capital T when starting a sentence...the question doesn't have any complete sentences that begin with the letter T.

d because intelligence is basically in my words applying logic to everyday circumstances. therefore, a, b, and c all involve some sort of logic, whereas d doesn't. i assure you, the answer is d. i dont care if i get best answer or not, just answering your question with what i know. it's d.
