First you would need to learn how to defend yourself from Psychic attacks. there are two books called just that Physic Self-defense by different authors and one called the Witches Shield protection magic&Psychic self-defense by Christopher Penczak that includes a audio cd of Protection Medatations. After learning these skills you can branch out.

Read, Study, and explore everything you can about it then, Ask yourself the most important question DO YOU BELIEVE if the answer is yes, you will start opening up to what is already there.Remember there are all types of powers some people see things before, others see life as it was before, as in reincarnation also there are people that are sensitive to spirits. This is my favorite, I am sensitive to ghosts, My friend has been visiting my since he passed away. So Cool,and the man who owned my house before has been visiting in the passed.
