The core Islamists are kind and faithful people who do believe in getting along with people.

Probably not. Its leaders are too violently opposed to the notion and happily kill other Muslims who even consider it. Islam will retain its Medieval, exclusionist, Jihadist mindset until it either prevails or is defeated through superior force.
I'm solidly on the side of defeating them through superior force. Nothing else can work.

The Arab governments need to blame "the west" in their failures
other they will have to take the responsibility for all the misery , poverty. and ignorance in their countries.
