If you're working with bricks, simply rub an extra brick on the brick with the paint on it and presto, paint is gone.

First try a fireman's nozzle. You can get one at any hardware store for about 3 bucks. It is a brass nozzle with a small point that you attach to your hose.Turn water on full blast. See if that works.If not, then you will have to rent a power washer. That will cost about $60.00/day.
