You prove paternity, and go to court. If you can prove paternity than you can obtain parental rights. Call your Attorney Generals office. They'll tell you specifically what to do in order to get the paperwork filed.

First of all if you could put the details because if your the father and you and your girlfriend separated unless a judge ordered for your parental rights to be terminated you automatically have them and can see and take the child when ever you want and if the situation is you slept with a married women and she got pregnant you still have parental rights a dna test will probably be required again please add details best of luck

You need to prove that she is unfit in some way or that you can do better for the child, I hate to say this but when it comes to the courts and kids, they will 99% of the time side with the female, you need to prove alot of things to a judge before he will be willing to hand over the kid to you. Get a good lawyer and I mean a good lawyer

you need to be more clear. Are you seeking YOUR rights or trying to take hers? If your trying to take hers here is my experience.... My daughter's father was in jail for the first 6 years of her life. I tried to get his rights taken from him and they said I couldn't unless I "had someone to pick up the balance" (get married and have him adopt her). Then he got out of jail and contacted her and they said "well you can't take his rights, he's had contact with her in the last 6 months" So my advice... get a lawyer and have them deal with all the bullshit of the custody courts and whatnot!

Let Anna Nicole raise that child herself with her lawyer hubby.
You're only in it for the child support and publicity anyway.

Unless she signs her rights off you can't. Are you talking about physical custody and visitation? Are you in the process of a divorce?
