it's a scam
london is as bad now for scams as nigeria
DO NOT give them any bank info or any money

Seems quite unlikely. I was unable to find a single listing for such a company, however, it is a VERY well known name.

It is used over and over again in numerous Nigerian and lottery scams. Oddly enough, this is the first time I've heard of it being in London, it is usually supposed to be in Spain or Switzerland, but who expects consistency from scammers.
