I have this girlfriend whom I could talk very well when we're on the phone, but somehow I noticed that she's very quite whenever she's in person. I couldn't get her to talk like how she sounds over the phone, cause when she's on the phone, she would be able to talk like my other girlsfriends whom we could share some hottest gossips and latest news.
In fact, I find her kind of boring to hang out, you see......as I have to constantly seek for a subject or something to talk about when she's just sitting there with her mouth shut....I don;t get this feeling before with any friends of mine, but I find this weird, is there anyone here could explain this atitude?

yes, actually i have done that once andi felt horrible but i realized that i was just shy in person because what was talked about on the phone was very personal and it was hard to look the person in the eyes when you know that he person knows one of ur big secrets or something like that it ended up ruining our relationship because when we talked on the phone we talked about too much and there was NOTHING left to talk about

My wife and I have a little bit of that problem. She likes us to talk constantly and I speak only when asked a question or have something to say. My position is that one need not talk constantly to be friends and feel close. It all depends on what you need. If you need to communicate all the time, find another but think about it a bit.

How often do you hang out with her? I'm asking because i think maybe shes just a bit shy. Why don't you try to hang out with her more often, get to know her more, find your common interest., if she gets used to your company.. then maybe she can finally become comfortable talking to you in person.
