I work as a bouncer at a strip club. Most of the female strippers act like they wanna sleep with me. Maybe I'm sending out some kind of vibe or something. But I don't wanna sleep with them cause I don't wanna jeapordize our jobs and I don't mix business with pleasure.

Maybe they see you as the one protecting them, if they get -and keep -you interested in them & watching them they will get better/faster/whatever protection when/if something goes wrong
or
Maybe they see you as the one guy not trying to get in their pants and they feel inadequite and need to feel that EVERY man wants them - not just most

They probably don't want to sleep with you. They like to flirt -it's a way of saying that they like you (but not necessarily in a sexual way).
