Ellery?
This would be for a girl. Please, if you don't like it thats fine, just say so- no need to be rude though.

I think it's beautiful. We are naming our little girl (dd 1/1/07) Ellery Lauren.....Come on, if Celery (which has 1 L by the way) is the worst thing that she gets called in her lifetime, she is way ahead of the rest of us!

I dont like many different names but i would rather you not name her ellery because of how mean kids get nowadays. If you really feel this is a good name than you should go with your gut feeling but if your at all iffy about it then reconsider. If it was me I would definitely not name her ellery, maybe something like desiree... I personaly think that she wont like the name (especially according to her peers later on in life....

It's a boy's name, like Ellery Queen, the author. Ellen would be nice for a girl.

I don't like it at all. But that's just my opinion. I guess I would go with the name Ellie if you want something similar...I just dont' think Ellery is a good name...

I like it!! But.......I think I'd change the spelling of it a little, because the spelling looks kind of manly. How about.........Ellari, or Elleri? Or even using either of those spellings with an "E" on the end? I think a little girls name looks more feminine when it ends in an "I" or an "E". But, it is very pretty!!

i like it! of course, thats coming from a girl named gretchen, whos sisters name is ainsley, whos best friends name is tyler [thats a girl] and has other friends with names like: sharaya and keilya.
