Any team can use these plays but they were really designed to be used as a last resort to help a team pull out a last minute victory. You sees these plays more often in high school games.

College heck I've seen them used in the NFL. The Statue of Liberty isn't used often but come on the Flea Flicker isn't that uncommon and Hook and Ladder is used only as last resort but the Jets ran it against the Colts earlier this year.

no, but i know a couple of HS teams that run the hook and ladder and flea flicker. the liberty's getting a little old though

utah runs the hook and ladder but im not sure about the other 2 plays
