I've been having cramps for a week I am one day late and took test it is neg?

Keep a close eye on those cramps. If they continue or worsen, get to a doctor.. even with a negative test, there could be an underlying problem such as an ectopic pregnancy. (with an ectopic, the hormone levels are often too low to produce a positive response on a home test.)

One day late is really nothing to worry about, and if you generally suffer cramps before hand, and they have now abated, I wouldn't worry at all at this point. But if those cramps continue and intensify.. I cannot stress it enough.. see a doc.

When I had cramps and my period was late, it was because I had cysts in my ovaries. If you have them, don't worry they go away, but it can be uncomfortable. Hopefully it's not that, but you should retake a pregnancy test in a few days. Either way, go see your gynecologist just to make sure you don't have some sort of infection.

One day late is NOTHING to worry about, dear. This happens to all us women at some stage. Try not to fret and wait a few more days and if still no sign, do another test.

one day late isnt really late. Give it another week, if you still havent gotten your period then take another test.

You probably should see a doctor. Usually when your period goes all haywire they put you on the pill to help "restart" it.
