I like to fake left, and then turn right for a lefty hook. They never expect it and I've never had anyone stop it. After they catch on, I fake the hook and when the defender jumps for it, I go under him for an easy layup. Left-handed moves are great because they're unexpected.

Favorite: fake right and then lock your defender using your left knee and spin around him for a lay-up.
If facing the basket, I love the up-and-under move.
