Which started first - he doesn't notice you, or you don't feel sexy around him?
Whichever started first, that affected the other feeling - you affect each other. If you don't feel sexy, he won't feel like noticing you. And if he doesn't notice you, you won't feel sexy around him.
If he's worth hanging onto, then you take the initiative. Make yourself feel sexy, and let him know that he is the one that turns you on. If he feels he is the one creating the sizzle in you, he'll pay attention.

I wouls try to wear my har diff. or put on an article of clothing that shows off your best asset. or find out what he likes about you the most and make that particular part of you look extra nice.

I tried wearing sexy lingerie underneath my clothing , and that sure worked.

well get some new clothes. if you dont have money borrow someones clothes as long as theyre hot. i borrow my sisters. make yourself up and MAKE him pay attention
