A little more wouldn't hurt since you said you get tired after a while. But, getting 7 hours is fine for your health.

Everyone is different. Some folks do just fine on 5 hours of sleep. Others go the other way too they need 10-12 hours. So 7 hours is good for you. Try on the next weekend sleeping less and see how you feel. Then the next weekend sleep more and see how it affects you. Your body will tell you when you've had enough.

Why can't you go to sleep earlier? I've always heard that different people need different amounts of sleep. Some people can get by with little, but others need more. I have a serious problem with that, but it's probably mostly my own fault. I drink too much caffeine during the day, so even though I sleep heavy enough, I have to get up a lot to use the bathroom, and may not be sleeping deeply enough until later on..about the time I'm supposed to get up! lol
Try to sleep earlier, and don't drink too much soda or other things with caffeine.

Yes. Eight hours of sleep is recommended. Getting good amounts of sleep helps your body. Maybe you need to be doing things to increase your energy like taking vitamins, drinking green tea, and exercising.

I think that 7-9 is average. It's probably cuz you are learning. Anytime your brain has to process information it can make you tired.

yes theminium is eight for me at most its 6hours and if i'm troubled five hours sleep nowadays is sooo hard to get
