There is no way to know this. You could do a sampling from each state; however, there's no guarantee that: 1) people would be honest when you polled them, and 2) they would still be virgins when you got there. Why is this so important to you? Would you rather a woman be a virgin, with a personality that is not conducive to yours, than have slept with someone but be a perfect match otherwise? It seems a shallow way to pick a mate.
