try looking at places that specialize in handicap conversions, look at wheelchair sales places if your local yellow pages does not list vehicle conversion shops

I have seen several cars fitted with remote controls for the handicapped, it is a handle that controls the accelerator and the brake pedal and is bolted onto the dash board frame. I have used tham and they work great, look in the yellow pages under handicap aids and equipment and tthe supplier will usually install this product.
