How well do you know your body? Can you tell when you're ovulating? Tell me so maybe I can look for those signs as well. THANKS!!

For most women, their libido goes up, they get increased cervical mucus (sort of like egg white), and their body basal temperature (waking temperature) rises slightly.

Have you read "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" by Toni Weschler? It's a great book for learning how to pinpoint your fertile time.

I never really felt any symptoms when I would ovulate, I just went by what my doctor told me. If yo have a cycle of about 28 days or so then you would ovulate about 2 weeks after your period. When my husband and I were ready for a child we tried during that time and sure enough the next month I was pregnant.

Yes i can tell i get very wet white mucas, some little tiny cramps, back aches, and little heat flashes. The best time to try is 2 days before your ovulation thats how i got pregnant.

I get cramps sometimes, like very light menstrual cramps. I also sometimes break out.

If you're trying to pinpoint ovulation, charting works great. I noticed those changes once I started charting. Before I just thought they were random.
