Guys aren't going to notice your make-up if you're dressed up like a playboy bunny...they'll be too busy noticing you from the neck down.

Did you read the article where it says Halloween is now "Dress like a whore" day for American women? So my advice to you is "like a whore."

Mess up your lips to make you look like you just had plastic surgery, and wear a fake nose cast, too. That would be a funny twist on your costume.

white make up looks good and make sure to include some pink'ish foundation so as to give a little innocent look on the cheeks. Have fun :)

sparkly eyeshadows and lipgloss. Try to stay natural and not hookerish. Basicly, do it how you normally do your makeup, but just add the sparkly makeup
