The comic I really miss is Prince Valliant. It was based on the legend of King Arthur and was famous for using a wide range of colors in the panels. I loved that strip... then the Tri-City Herald replaced it with Frank and Ernest.

Another classic is The Phantom. Not many papers run it nowadays, and I'm not sure if there is any online.

Dilbert.

As someone who has been working for over 20 years as a techno-dweeb, I could be convinced that my co-workers have been sending Scott Adams videotapes of the unthinking, unfeeling idiocy that I've witnessed in corporate America. This comic strip is *astounding* in its accuracy.

The best one hands down is The Boondocks because people are always trying to ban the comic strip, bt it still got a show on adult swim.

Pickles by Brian Crane. The strip is a take off of my wife and I. Bless her for being open minded.
