I greatly believe this part of the MCA will be struck down by the USSC. Bush has assumed way too much power.

Violate is more like a traffic law
The constitution is a offering to collective order and justice for Americans.
Bush saw it on the menu of life and chose to have the Pork instead.

Bush has successfully removed the Constitution completely. It means you can be arrested, never charged, held indefinitely, tortured, and or killed with no trail, and never be told why? He can make you disappear. Would you call that a violation? Yeah, I think ya could.

not at all, since his act allows for it to be used against terrorist and POW's who are not even on US soil.
And actually this has always been the way it was done, POW's in WWII never had habeas corpus,
the only reason congress had to even make the new law, was that the liberals wanted to give POW's and terrorists rights they never had in the past nor that they should have.

No, if your not a citizen and an enemy combatant the Constitution does not apply to you; I like the old way just shoot them on the spot no trial! Nobody ever said that was unconstitutional...

Of course we violated the constitution by counting blacks as a full person now, instead of 3/5 of one.
