on the contrary Ive read that 100% of the people use about 25% of thier mind in a lifetime. Thus thats 100% of the people are 75% stupid by the time they die.
Roughly 10% of which is actionable conscious at any given time. Some have made statements such as Einstein (and super elite genious in Mensa folks etc) used perhaps about up to 12% of his mind actively at any given time in his life.

Theres so many nasty possibilities to what is 'in the water' I shrink from even attempting an answer. There are chemicals and carcinogens mainly that once in the body never leave. Tiny particles of matter that might be bouncing around in your dome from car exhaust, from the beef that grazed on the grass where they used to have crops sprayed with deet etc. even the cleaning agents in water can have carcinogenic residue that youll injest one way or the other.

If 75% of people were 100% stupid, we'd have invalids all over the place. Nope, nothin' in the water or otherwise.

Don't you mean that 75% of the people don't think 100% like you do? That's not necessarily stupid, you know.
