Happy to suggest to you that downloading songs from any website which offer free downloading and sharing files are illegal. Like Limewire for example, is a legal website for public BUT your ACT to download songs from Limewire is illegal. It is because the 'free' music files which can be found in the website are from illegal sources from different user/individual. You can view samples for free and legal. However, to download it and put in your collection is like 'stealing'. So far, 8000 individual/teenagers have been taken to courts because of this by RIAA. So be careful of your decision and action.

I would recommend limewire. I have had no problems with it over the past year, and you can find any song you need and everything is totally free. Also downloads videos. So this is a good answer assuming only that you have no moral objection to free music! ;)
