Sweetheart you have me laughing with happy memories! I had 5 babies and I remember with such longing that amazing feeling that you are talking about. It is perfectly normal! It is caused by the times that the baby totally changes position inside of you. You could say it is like he (or she) does a somersault. Depending on just what type of gymnastics the little rascal is involved in the bulge that you see and feel is either her bottom or her head.
It gets odder the further along you are, I can remember almost losing my balance if it happened when I was walking as the changing motion of the baby made me feel unbalanced.
I have to tell you that it will not last much longer. At some point during your pregnancy the baby will get too large to make those total rolls like he does now. There will come a time when the changing of position that you feel will get slighter and slighter. Eventually you will only feel the kick of a foot or the poke of an elbow. As you get close to your due date the baby will turn into position and will not turn again. Its little head will be down in position and it will not move again.
That is why doctors can get real worried if the baby is lying in a breach position at a certain point because it gets less and less likely that they will change position.
Enjoy the antics of your sweet baby, it is a sign that he or she is healthy and active!
Love and Blessings to you!

Because your so far along, your baby has grown a good size. There is only so much space in the uterus, as your baby gets bigger the less room the baby has to move around with. Thats why your stomach bulges when you feel your baby move or kick. More than likely the bulge is a head or a rump.
Its fine and it will happen quite often. In your 9th month your baby will be so cramped that he or she may move less often and thats normal its self as long as their is some movement a few times a day.

Definitely normal! Worry not. That happened to me with both of my girls. The baby is just moving around. For me, it helped confirm that the baby was ok. Sometimes if I didn't feel movement for a while I would try to 'wake' them up and get them to move like that. Good luck and enjoy some 'you' time before the baby arrives, 40 weeks will be here before you know it!

Ohhhhh how great!!!! I have 5 children and remember that feeling distinctly. It is just the baby pushing it's little butt up in the air to let you know"I am here mom" Enjoy EVERY minute of it because it passes way too soon. I used to love to put a plate on my belly and watch the baby kick it around LOL. You can even move them around when they are inside of you with a gentle nudge here and there. Kind of like playing pat a cake before they get here LOL.

It's totally normal. It is just the baby moving around. You should be enjoying the movement. Share it with your husband so you can both enjoy it. Your little angel is moving. Don't worry so much. Also, if you have light spotting don't freak out. That is normal too. I had it with my pregnancies. Talk to your doctor. He or she will have all the answers. God Bless!

This wasn't me personally since I am only 24 weeks.. but I remember when my mom was pregnant with my brother. He would move to one side of her belly or the other and her tummy would look soo lop sided! It was great. My friend also had the same thing happen to her.. you would look at her belly with a shirt on and swear that she just had something stuffed under there because it looked so out of place. Well best wishes on your baby.

It's the strangest, and most wondeful feeling all at the same time. I experienced this during my first pregnancy and freaked out! It could be the baby is just turning over and trying to get comfy in there. It gets crowded! It's completely normal for this to happen and to feel and SEE the baby move in your stomach. You're getting close! Good luck to you!

That was my favorite part of pregnancy. I'd lay on my back and the baby would push out with its leg or its head and I could actually watch my stomach move. Totally cool. The baby's gotten so big that there just isn't enough room in there for it to turn around. So when it does, it shows.
My mom said when she was pregnant with me, I'd push out with my leg and she could actually measure with her fingers how big my foot was.

Yes, it happened to me. The baby is constantly moving around and sometimes it sleeps and sometimes it is tense and sometimes it is exercising. My son used to stick his foot out under my ribcage. It was the sweetest thing because this big lump would appear and sometimes I would gently put pressure on it and then it would go away. Of course, he was subborn and sometimes the foot would continue to stick out for long lengths of time. He also got hiccups while he was in utero and it was the funniest thing.

I had this many times its just when baby sits in one spot, I had my daughter trying to turn so it was funny watching this big lump try to move around but was to big to fit so we had to help her. Baby's find a position they like most and stick to it, by wee 16 the baby know what they like so they sit in there fav position. Nothing to worry about. Good luck and enjoy.
