That happens to me all the time. Don't worry about it. Personally, I love that weird feeling of uncertainty, and being freaked out for that split second.

If you were screaming in your sleep then it's not a dream. It's a nightmare. Probably it's something horrible and your psyche didn't want to accept that.

Sounds like you were having a nightmare. That really isn't unusual. Your not remembering it is not unusual either. Just try to relax and forget about it. If you are meant to remember the dream it will just come back to you.
