Last week i was nausated all week every smell makes me nausated specially cooking food makes me wanna vomit...i took a test before i started taking vitex friday i took a test saturday morning because everyone kept saying i was pregnant..and i thought i really was too specially since ive been so moody...well anyways now my boobs are really sore..and i was just wondering if anyone else had experinced this when taking vitex or anything? cause they really hurt...!! thanks!

Vitex didn't cause any of the symptoms you discribed when I used it. My boobs were actually improving and PMS as well during the taking of Vitex. But then again my doctor advised me NOT to take it after cycle day 15 as you should not take Vitex while pregnant.
I also took a pregnancy test at home and it was negative when I went to the doctor to complain about some of the symptoms you described she took an extra sensitive pregnancy test and it was Positive!!

No I haven't experienced this. I love vitex. After finding this I found that my cycles were more regulated and balanced. My moods were more balanced too. Vitex after ovulation will keep your progesterone level up which may cause the sore bbs but I duno about the naseated since I take mine on an empty stomach.

I take Vitex all the time, especially heavy during my pms stages.I've never experience the symptons u have, however u didn't say what ur results were?

symptoms of PMS: cramps, flooding, headaches, depression, water retention, constipation, acne, breast tenderness, and irritability. It can help normalize irregular or scanty
Those are the symptoms of Vitex
