way people dress definitly. i guess you can "act" preppy, but usually those people also dress preppy.

Both by attitude and dress. For attitude, they think they are all that and stuff... and the way they dress, they are just showing their attitude with preppy fashions that are too cliched.

Yea, I agree preppy people do NOT wear Hollister. J. Crew, Ralph Lauren, Abercrombie, and Lilly Pullitzer. Any questions? Ask me.

People who act upbeat and true preps do not look down on other people, just snobby ones

I agree with lauren d preppy's definetley do wear hollister, I am preppy and so are all my friends and we all shop at hollister

Preps usually wear clothes from aeropostale, hollister, and american eagle. Preps usually wear popped collars, polo shirts, ripped jeans, etc. SOME preps also can be a little snobby and full of themselves.

look- nice clean cut look(always match)
expensive close.
Attidute- Cofidente, think that you are better then other people.
