Do the people in the USSR know they caused thousands of deaths in Central America during the XXth century?

I know that *I* didn't cause any deaths in Central America. If you are referring to the US Government, then SAY that. Don't say 'the people in USA' caused the deaths.

If you are trying to make ME feel guilty, it's obviously not going to work.

Yeah, I know it. Do the people in Central America know that they caused the deaths of thousands of American in the 20th and 21st centuries through their trafficking of illegal and lethal drugs?

Sure. But get in line with a lot of other 1st world countries who have caused needless deaths through out the world. Genocide, Religion and politics will bring a lot to mind.

I know that the government interfered a lot in Central America. I do not know if many people know this.

You know, we Americans in general, think the USA is the world and besides reporting on wars we know or hear little of what happens outside. I for one do not know the answer to your question. Not that I am proud of that.

You have serious issues with the U.S., don't you. I'm not going to give you flak, because everyone is entitled to thier opinions.
But here, we don't have enough time in the school curriculum to teach our children many basics in the sciences, and we don't always have enough funding to teach music and art. I'm sorry, I think it's a travesty that us and our children don't learn enough history, but they're stretched as it is.
