i have bumps around my nipples, my period last month lasted like 1day and i have a sinus infection my discharge is really thick imy nose sometimes startes to bleed, and to peple they say my addmonal area is getting a bit fatter, and i get cramps at night, ive felt lighted headed onces or twice and i already fainted the doctors says am perfectly fine

look the doctor didnt take a pregancy test he just checked y i fell (fainted)look am embarssed to say but am 14

Didn't you ask this last month?? Goodness dear, you are 14, have you learned nothing? I'd recommend first to stop having sex, at the VERY LEAST, use protection!
The symptoms you've described may or may not be pregnancy. If you've taken a test, and it was negative you are probably not pregnant. However I'd go get another test and try again in a few days. If you are pregnant, please seek the help of an adult you can confide in. Good luck, and please be safe.

Well, these all COULD be signs of pregnancy ... your "period" could have been implantation spotting. And nosebleeds can be a sign of pregnancy. Did your doctor have you take a pregnancy test? If not, I would pick one up at the store.
