Some pain killers work for me and some don't. You might simply need to change the type of pain killer you're taking.

depends on how long ago u took the pain killer, usually pain killer take at least 30 min to produce any effects!! so wait a little bit and ur pain is slowing going to go away!

you have a tolerence to the pain killers, how long have you been taking any kind of them? I heard that info from my doctor, she said if you take pain killers often, the tolerance gets built up, which more than likely means you are at risk for becoming addicted to them.

Pain killer is created by humans. Humans have flaws. You can't depend on some medicine people made. If probably won't work because it isn't strong enough or you are just immune to whatever is in the medicine. I don't know...

maybe it takes awhile for it to work...
Also, did you take the right pill? Some painkillers help muscle pain, others joint, etc...
