So every Thursday night there's a new show... and I missed this last Thursdays! Do they have an encore show between Thursdays?

You lucked out. The new episode is this Thursday. Last Thursday was a rerun for the World Series.

The same thing happened to me and I freaked OUT! Turns out last Thursday was thankfully a repeat. To answer your question though, I've been able to catch an encore showing Friday nights.
Also, check ABC.com because they have the episodes that you can catch there.

You lucked out! Thursday's episode was a rerun of the season opener. I think they did a rerun because of the World Series game. I don't think they are showing the reruns on Friday anymore, but I think you can watch them online at www.abc.com

No they dont any more. up to about two weeks ago they were re=running on fridays but then the time slot (8pm) was taken, but this past week the show ran two episodes and i found it odd they where actually the one that took off where last season left off, when burke got shot and Denny died,
