the reason you have to burb the cooling system is because the top of the radiator is higher than to top of the engine air get traped in the engine somewhere on the engine you will find a plug on the top of the engine you loosen up to bleed the air out your best bet to find the plug check you owners manual or a service manual

well you can take off the rad.cap and let it overflow for a while,or you could start up your car and take off 1 of the heater hoses and then put it back on,so the air can escape out of the cooling system.
